Sponsorship Types

Diamond Rodeo Sponsor - $10,000 +: Your company name/logo on all rodeo promotional material, full-page ad in the rodeo program, link and/or logo displayed on LA. Rodeo website, premium banner placement in the rodeo arena, rodeo entrance, and hotel, announcement of your sponsorship four (4) times in the morning and six (6) times in the afternoon at the rodeo and all GLAC events, two (2) Rodeo Belt buckles indicating sponsor category and level sponsored, four (4) VIP Passes for the weekend, twenty (20) rodeo tickets  invitation to the reception Friday night at the hospitality suite, an invitation to the awards ceremony to present your buckles to the winning contestants, an invitation to the volunteer recognition reception at a date following the rodeo for you and a guest, one vendor space and opportunity to distribute promotional items, plus other promotional opportunities, and membership to the organization.

Rodeo Arena Sponsor - $12,000: Sponsors the cost of the arena rental, sound system, rodeo trailer rent, secretarial and treasurer’s administrative expenses, licenses, fees and insurance. In return the sponsor will receive all benefits of the Grand Rodeo Sponsor level and the arena will then been known as the “sponsor's name” arena. (i.e., the “Jon Dori” Arena)

Stock Sponsor - $15,000: Sponsors the cost of the stock (rodeo animals), stock pens, and feed. In return the sponsor will receive all benefits of the Grand Rodeo Sponsor level and one (1) full weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday night) Host Hotel Suite Package.

Platinum Sponsor Level - $5,000 - $9,999: Your company name/logo on all rodeo promotional material, a full-page ad in the rodeo program, a link and/or logo displayed on the LA Rodeo website, banner placement in the rodeo arena, at the rodeo entrance, and at the hotel, announcement of your sponsorship three (3) times in the morning and five (5) times in the afternoon at the rodeo and all GLAC events, two  (2) Rodeo Belt buckles indicating sponsor category and level, two (2) VIP Passes for the weekend, Fifteen (15) rodeo tickets, invitation to the reception Friday night at the hospitality suite, an invitation to the awards ceremony to present your buckles to the winning contestants, one (1) complimentary vendor space at the rodeo grounds, and opportunity to distribute promotional items, plus other promotional opportunities and invitation to the volunteer recognition reception at a date following the rodeo for you and a guest

Hotel Entertainment - $5,500: Sponsors all sound and lighting, stage, accessories for hotel entertainment, and decorations. In return the sponsor will receive all benefits of the Platinum Rodeo Producer level and their name prominently displayed at the Entertainment Venue.

Program Sponsor - $6,000: Sponsors the cost printing and distribution of the program. In return the sponsor will receive all benefits of the Platinum Rodeo Producer level and the Premier Ad Space (front page) in the Rodeo Program.

Security Sponsor - $7,500: Sponsors the cost of security for the rodeo grounds, event radios, and fencing. In return the sponsor will receive all benefits of the Platinum Rodeo Producer level and their name prominently displayed at the rodeo grounds and their name prominently displayed in the security area as the sponsor of the security.

Dance Tent Sponsor – Rodeo Grounds - $8,000: Sponsors the cost of the rodeo grounds dance tent, dance floor and accessories, sound system, and decorations. In return the sponsor will receive all benefits of the Platinum Rodeo Producer level and their name prominently displayed as the sponsor of the rodeo grounds dance tent venue.

Dance Sponsor - Host Hotel - $9,000: Sponsors the cost of the dance floor, sound system, security, ticket printing for dance, decorations and their transportation, and partial venue rent. In return the sponsor will receive all benefits of the Platinum Rodeo Producer level and their name prominently displayed as the sponsor of the Hotel Dance.

Festival Area Sponsor - $9,500: Sponsors the cost of the Festival Area tents, electricity, tables and chairs, and site maintenance.  In return the sponsor will receive all benefits of the Platinum Rodeo Producer level and their name prominently displayed as the sponsor of the Festival Area.

Gold Sponsor Level - $3,500: Your company name/logo on all rodeo promotional material, one full-page ad in the rodeo program, link and/or logo displayed on the LA. Rodeo website, banner placement in the rodeo arena, and at the rodeo entrance, announcement of your sponsorship three (3) times in the morning and four (4) times in the afternoon at the rodeo and all GLAC events, one (1) Rodeo Belt buckle indicating sponsor category and level sponsored, two (2) VIP Passes for the weekend, ten (10) rodeo tickets, an invitation to the reception Friday night at the hospitality suite, an invitation to the awards ceremony to present buckle to winning contestant, one complimentary vendor space at the rodeo ground, and invitation to the volunteer recognition reception at a date following the rodeo for you and a guest

Horse Barn Sponsor - $3,500: Sponsorship of the Horse Stalls and Barn Managers. You will receive all benefits of the Gold Sponsor Level plus your name prominently displayed on the barns and at the rodeo arena.

Poster Sponsor - $3,500: Sponsors the cost of pre- and post-production printing and distribution of the poster for the rodeo. In return the sponsor will receive all benefits of the Gold Rodeo Producer level and their name displayed on all donated printing media.

Entertainment Tent at Rodeo Grounds Sponsor - $3,500: Sponsors the cost of the tent, dance floor and accessories, sound system, power, decorations, and entertainer’s volunteer T-shirts. In return the sponsor will receive all benefits of the Gold Rodeo Producer level and their name prominently displayed on the entertainment venue at the rodeo grounds.

Silver Sponsor Level $1,500 - $3,499: You will receive a 1/2 page ad in the rodeo program, your name on a banner at the rodeo, your name in the program, announcement of your sponsorship one (1) time in the morning and two (2) times in the afternoon at the rodeo, two (2) VIP Passes for the weekend, four (4) rodeo tickets, an invitation to the reception Friday night at the hospitality suite, an invitation to the awards ceremony and an invitation to the volunteer recognition reception at a date following the rodeo for you and a guest. .

Ribbon Sponsor - $1,500: Sponsorship of all of the ribbons for every event including All Around Cowboy and Cowgirl and Rookie Cowboy and Cowgirl. In return you will receive all the benefits of the Silver Sponsor Level, your name prominently displayed at the awards ceremony and a banner at the rodeo grounds and an invitation to the awards ceremony.

Hospitality Sponsor - $1,500: Helps to defray the cost of providing a place for contestants, rodeo production staff and weekend volunteers to gather, relax and have snacks. You will receive all of the benefits of the Silver Sponsor Level, breakfast on Saturday or Sunday morning, an open invitation to the hospitality suite all weekend, and your name prominently displayed in the hospitality suite.

Stock Feed Sponsor - $1,500:  Sponsorship of the feed for stock for the weekend of the rodeo. You will receive all the benefits of the Silver Sponsor Level plus your name prominently displayed in the contestant area.

Contestant Registration Sponsor $2,000: Sponsorship of the contestant registration costs and contestant bags. You will receive all of the benefits of the Silver Sponsor Level plus your name prominently displayed at contestant registration.

Casino Tent Sponsor - $2,000: Sponsorship of the Casino Tent area at the Festival grounds of the rodeo. You will receive all the benefits of the Silver Sponsor Level plus your name prominently displayed on the casino area tent.

Pool Party Sponsor - $2,500:  Helps defray the cost of providing a cool environment for sponsors, contestants, officials and spectators to socialize before the weekend event start with drinks and great camaraderie. In return you will receive all the benefits of a Silver Sponsor, plus you name prominently displayed at the pool party and a banner at the rodeo grounds, announcement of your sponsorship one (1) time in the morning and one (1) time in the afternoon at the rodeo, two (2) weekend passes to the rodeo, and an invitation to the reception Friday night at the hospitality suite.

 Awards Ceremony Sponsor - $2,500:  Sponsors all awards ceremony table center pieces, award program, all the benefits of a Silver Sponsor, plus your name prominently displayed at the Awards Ceremony and a banner at the rodeo grounds, announcement of your sponsorship one (1) time in the morning and one (1) time in the afternoon at the rodeo, two (2) weekend passes to the rodeo, and an invitation to the reception Friday night at the hospitality suite.

Volunteer Sponsor - $2,500: Sponsorship of volunteers T-Shirts and your name prominently displayed on the volunteer tent. You will receive all the benefits of the Silver Sponsor Level plus printed on the volunteer T-shirts “sponsored by “your name,” an invitation for you to the awards ceremony where we start our Thank You to all of the volunteers, and invitations to the volunteer recognition reception at a date following the rodeo for you and a guest.

Emergency Services Sponsor - $2,500:  Sponsorship of the EMT’s and ambulance service.  You will receive all the benefits of the Silver Sponsor Level.

 Buckle Sponsorships 

Added Purse/Rodeo Events: Any amount can be added for additional purse money to be awarded to the contestants in rodeo events.  GLAC will place the money in the categories most appropriate to attract contestants to compete, but will also respect the wishes of the specific sponsor.  Recognition will be based on established levels of sponsorship, e.g. $250, $500, $1000, etc.  You will receive your name on a banner and an invitation to the awards ceremony.

In-Kind Sponsorships: Donations of products and services will be gratefully accepted and valued at 75% of retail value for recognition purposes.
